1. General provisions
1.1. This policy sets out which personal data of visitors to adenovirus.ru (the “site”) are processed, for what purposes, on what legal basis and for how long, and how visitors can exercise their rights.
1.2. The personal data operator is the owner of adenovirus.ru (a private individual) (the “operator”). The operator can be contacted by email at info@adenovirus.ru. A data subject may request full details about the operator at this address.
1.3. This policy applies to all personal data the operator receives through the site and through the email address shown on the site.

The operator processes personal data lawfully and fairly, only for purposes defined in advance and only to the extent necessary for those purposes. The operator does not combine databases processed for incompatible purposes and does not collect more data than necessary.
The site has no registration, user accounts, contact forms, comments or payments. The site does not collect visitors’ names, phone numbers or health information.
3. Purposes, data and legal bases
| Purpose | Data | Legal basis | Retention |

4. Cookies, Yandex Metrica and Google ads
4.1. The site uses a Yandex Metrica counter. It stores cookies in the browser and sends information about the visit to Yandex LLC, 16 Lva Tolstogo St., Moscow 119021, Russia, which processes it on the operator’s behalf and under its own rules: Yandex Metrica terms of use (in Russian), Yandex privacy policy (in Russian).
4.2. The click map, goal tracking and traffic reports are used. Session recording (Webvisor) is turned off.
4.2.1. The site shows Google AdSense ads. The Google script stores cookies in the browser and sends information about the visit to Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, which selects ads and processes the data under its own rules: Google privacy policy, how Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can turn off ad personalization in Google ad settings.
4.3. On your first visit the site shows a cookie notice. You can opt out of Metrica and ads with the “Decline” button in this notice, or at any time through the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page: after you decline, neither the counter nor the ad script is loaded on the site. You can also block cookies in your browser settings or install the Yandex Metrica opt-out add-on.
4.4. The site remembers your choice in browser storage (localStorage). This is a technical record with no personal data; it is needed so the notice is not shown again.
4.5. The text of the consent to data processing using cookies, Metrica and Google ads is on a separate page: Consent to personal data processing.
5. Processing operations and third parties
5.1. The operator collects, records, organizes, stores, uses, deletes and destroys personal data, both with and without automated means.
5.2. Metrica data are processed by Yandex LLC, 16 Lva Tolstogo St., Moscow 119021, Russia on the operator’s behalf. Data for showing ads are received by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. The operator’s email is serviced by a Russian hosting provider. The operator does not transfer, sell or publish data to any other parties, except as required by law.
5.3. When Google AdSense ads are shown, information about the visit (cookie identifiers, IP address, browser and device information, page address) is transferred to Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, that is, outside the Russian Federation. This cross-border transfer takes place only with the visitor’s consent: if you have declined cookies, the ad script is not loaded and no data are sent to Google.
5.4. Recording, organization, accumulation and storage of personal data of Russian citizens are carried out using databases located in the Russian Federation (Part 5, Article 18 of 152-FZ). The server that delivers the site’s pages does not store visitors’ full IP addresses: the last segment of the address is zeroed out in the access logs, so visitors cannot be identified from them.
6. Rights of the data subject
You have the right to:
- receive information about which of your data are processed, why, how, and for how long they are stored (Article 14 of 152-FZ);
- demand that your data be corrected, blocked or destroyed if they are incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, unlawfully obtained or not needed for the stated purpose;
- withdraw your consent to processing at any time;
- appeal the operator’s actions to Roskomnadzor, Russia’s data protection authority (rkn.gov.ru), or in court.
7. How to submit a request
7.1. Send a request or a withdrawal of consent to info@adenovirus.ru with the subject “Personal data”. State exactly what you are asking for. To locate Metrica data linked to your browser, include the value of the _ym_uid cookie: without it, the operator cannot match your request to the anonymized statistics.
7.2. The operator replies within 10 working days of receiving the request. This period may be extended by no more than 5 working days, with the reasons explained (Parts 1 and 3, Article 20 of 152-FZ).
7.3. When consent is withdrawn, the operator stops processing and destroys the data within 30 days, unless otherwise provided by law (Part 5, Article 21 of 152-FZ). For Metrica, you can also simply click “Decline” in the cookie settings: the counter will stop loading in your browser immediately.
8. Data protection
The operator takes the measures provided for by Articles 18.1 and 19 of 152-FZ: access to the email account and to Metrica reports is password-protected, the whole site uses a secure HTTPS connection, and the site’s server does not store visitors’ full IP addresses.
9. Changes to this policy
The operator may change this policy. A new version takes effect when it is published on this page; the version date is given at the beginning of the document. Significant changes are noted in the changelog.
